My first time visiting the car wash but the service was very poor. Paid £30 pounds to wash in and out of the car, but at the end, the inside was not properly cleaned, some stains around the rims of the doors. The car boot was not even cleaned at all, and the rim of the boot left dirty. They kept pushing me to upgrade my pay to £65 in order to have a good clean. The car wash is a mess, I am not visiting that car wash again.

Just had a Full Valet which was perfect and at a reasonable price...The boss and his crew couldn't do enough and all done in an hour..Highly recommended 💯

After specifically asking for a hand wash only which should have been £15, I was asked multi times if I'd like a Polish and to buy an air freshener. Every time I said no thank you, just the £15 wash to then be told at the end, that's now £20 for a wash and Polish and got an air freshener chucked at me. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had actually done a good job but I might aswell have left it out in the rain! Went in for an outside wash only, asked for Polish which is normally standard at every other car wash, charged £20. Not good value for money at all. I'll stick to Emneth car wash which is outside and Polish for £7.
