I had James as my POC for moving in to my new flat. There was some miscommunication about how many fitted wardrobes there are in the flat which resulted in me being stuck with an old wardrobe and no place to put it. However, James has gone above and beyond as an estate agent in resolving this issue and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend
