Very helpful
I have been trying to get registered at another doctors practice local to me for 16 weeks with no luck. I applied online to register with Kings Heath and they had myself and my partner registered within a week. They even called us to confirm some details and addresses to make sure everything was right. I am 7 months pregnant and was very worried having moved house and not having a local doctor. But this practice were so quick. Thank you.
All staff were efficient and conscientious and helped me out with my needs. James, the receptionist was particularly helpful with two other queries from separate patients - he went the extra mile to help them , so much so that I mentioned it to the nurse i was seeing.
