Saw a rat in the back yard of the place I was renting which I think perfectly symbolises the people working here. Disease-riddled rodents. And that disease is Lackofcommunication-itis. Like that dad who disappeared and returned 20 years later, they will only respond when they need something from you. I think this is my first review for a company and it is all because of Mr. Robert who provided me such a professional+ Friendly service to accommodate me. I am really thankful to him to keep in touch while my renting process. I was little confused and scared to go with estate agency but Mr. Robert is a brilliant man who proved me wrong that not all agencies are same. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS I rented a place in Guildford using Kings Estate for my first year of University and have nothing good to say. Zero communication regarding serious matters such as Security Deposits & House Maintenance. They struggle to understand simple emails which is clear to see as their replies fail to grasp the subjects at hand.
