Excellent health service @ Kinghorn Med Practice. Good that they now hav early morning appts. Front line admin staff at reception are very good, patient, and knowledgeable despite continual calls, requests, demands!, and it seems organised. Its a gold star from me, Anne Thomson
Doctor left me enraged and feeling worthless!!!! absolute joke putting me out to take a call. I left an appointment today feeling worthless. the doctor just wanted to push pills onto a prescription for my mental health and not allow us to look at the root issues. after sending me out his office for 30 mins to take a phone call from "patient" making my current health state see like no problem!. I was unable to express myself fully at my last visit - unnerved by the Drs huge grin as he sat back in his chair, arms behind his head .. This was a Dr I had never seen before - I've never encountered such rude disinterest from a medic. .
I was unable to express myself fully at my last visit last week. .immediately sensing I was being blanked: A new Dr who hardly made eye contact with a big grin on his face. I've never encountered such rude disinterest from a medic there as I did then. . It's a mish mash now.
Some of the practitioner are amazing it's the shame the receptionists and clerical staff do not share the same professionalism as the doctors and nurses do.
