Had six new windows fitted by Kingfisher, including two bay windows, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but the quality of service and workmanship made them well worth it. Things don’t always go to plan, but what really sets a company apart is how they handle it. Kingfisher went the extra mile to make things right, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

The extension to the house I bought a few years ago had a kind of conservatory, only it made up a corner of the extension so was open to the house. Its was at least 25 years old, poly carbonate roof and in a pretty awful state. Not to mention freezing in winter. I did a bit of research and found Kingfisher windows among a few other firms, they are local and had good reviews so I called for a quote. Only use this firm if you wish to have windows you can not see through and full of condensation. Customer service in reference to after care is just rude, abrupt and not helpful in the slightest. This firm used to be good but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I recently had a manufacture issue with my front door purchased from Kingfisher They have resolved the issue and I have to say what a service the communication was excellent if they said they would call back they did exactly that They said the manufacturer will sort and it would be 3 weeks and it was exactly that My door is now sorted and I am very pleased Thankyou I would strongly recommend this company and will use them again for any future windows and doors

So we had kingfisher come out to change our conservatory roof to whats called a living roof , and I must say that the work they did in such a short space of time is incredible. I won't be going anywhere else when I need work doing on windows or doors . If I could give more than 5 stars I world , highly , highly recommended kingfisher , always professional, keep everything nice and clean and go far and beyond to help you or answer and questions you have. Thank you kingfisher love the new roof .
