What a joke this doctor practice is waited 3 weeks for a phone consultation doctor couldn’t even be bothered to phone sent message to say couldn’t get in touch yet sent message phone the receptionist to make another appointment for a phone consultation doesn’t even deserve half a star
Very disappointed today, have been for a while. Will be changing my doctors surgery after today.. had enough of there incompetence. Can’t get an appointment, barely get a phone call from a GP. Today they simply told me I have to wait till the 19th to talk to someone or see someone. What’s the bloody point, by then il end up in ICU. And lose my job probably. 10 days ago I needed help with a skin issue. I told that GP the cream she’s trying to give me wont work. This doctors doesn’t even deserve a one start review. Ever since they became part of a modality practice the place has became useless. There have been multiple times i have came to them for myself and my child and they are very quick to tell you that there’s nothing wrong and to go home. Still feeling like something wasn’t right i went to a&e several times to be told that there’s a problem with both me and my child multiple times (separate occasions). Never had a bad experience with this GP. Always listen and refer if needed. Carry out all the necessary tests and more. Doctors and receptionist are very kind, Especially doctor Ashraf and Dr Baggri! Glad to have them there.
