Needed work done quite quickly as MOT due, but engine management light had come on. Got me in the next day for diagnosis, and called back a few hours later with a clear explanation for what needed doing and the costs. Booked in shortly after for the repairs and work was done very fast, everything was explained properly when picking the car up and a clear invoice of the parts, etc. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.
Always really good service. Honest conversations about waht they can or can not do, and very transparent about costs before doing any work. They really do care about getting and keeping the business, so youbare bot just another number in a process, as is the case with most main brand dealerships.
