We just bought a 2016 Sorento. Erik C was very informed on the product. We could not come together on our trade in, but everything worked out. Overall a very good experience. Would deal with Erik again.
I bought my car in 2013 and I love my soul. They helped me to get a new car which I had never had and when I come to the service of my car they are so nice and get the job done in very good time. I crochet while I am there and I don't crochet much till they have it finished. The waiting area is always clean and nice and you can get coffee and drinks while you wait. They are all so helpful. My overall experience was good. We tried to trade in our Ford Escape but ford gave us a bad deal so was unable to trade but we still bought the sorento. They worked with us and got us a good deal on the sorento. Plan on keeping this one and possibly do nag business with them in the future. Thank you everyone at kingdom Kia.
