I feel like we got a good deal on our trade in. Just wish the process didn't take so long. And the salesman told me my new car had the memory seats which it doesn't. And one of the girls there told me that the VIP number qualifies for extra discounts and it doesn't...it's just a tracking number. And it's better if you can drive the car without the salesman in it with you. But we like the warranty and that's what got us there so everything is ok
I have had my Sorento for 4 years and love it! Over the years the service department has been exceptional. I feel confident they are providing the work required in a timely manner. When I'm ready for a new vehicle I will definitely come to Kingdom first.
Just left Kingdom Kia with a 2016 Sorento. Eric Cravens and Jimmy Southards - you guys are the best! We have bought our last two vehicles there and have had NOTHING but a great experience. Thanks for everything - and we will recommend you to anyone and everyone that asks :) I am a HUGE St Louis Blues fan and Eric is a Blackhawks fan....Any hockey fan knows the rivalry there but check out the comments below for what I mean by Above and Beyond !!

Had an appt. set up for 1:30, Tues. I gave the keys to the Service Manager and for 20 minutes the vehicle was still sitting out on the lot. They finally took the vehicle into the shop at 1:55. Oil change was completed at 2:25 and I was charged $51.00 for a simple oil change. I could have went right next door to the Nissan Dealer where they were offering oil changes for $29.95. What a Joke.
