Chase in the service department is AWESOME!! He has taken care of every single complaint I've brought to him. He cares about his customers and takes time to explain the process and checks in with you when you bring your vehicle in for service.
Well, I have not had the occasion to have work done and see Adam Emery in action, however if how he looks in his professional Kingdom Kia clothes is any indication of his work, he is a totally awesome employee!! I've heard he is really bringing in the business.... ladies are coming in to have fluids changed in their radios and tires!!!
