I bought my car at Kingdom Kia 2 yrs ago. I am very satisfied with it . The sales staff was great with very little pressure unlike other dealers in town! I get excellent service each time I come in for my oil changes. Chase is great to explain what I need and I'm always in and out in no time!! When I first bought my car I had a terrible experience with the manager. I canceled my warranties and he told me I was trying to rip him off. Now just recently I got my oil changed and 2000 miles later my oil plug came loose leaked oil so I put oil in it until I could take it into the shop then the oil plug came out completely. The only people who ever change my oil are Kingdom Kia. They refused to pay for the oil I had to pay for because their mistake. Needless to say the manager kept making up excuses. Rude and ignorant. We have bought 5 Kia's and a truck from here....Great service...easy to deal with. Sent my mom, daughter and brother here, they all purchased vehicles and glad to say they are very pleased. They're the good guys!
