Prior to purchasing our car the service was exceptional. Ever since we purchased the car working with king has been a nightmare. I have many stories to tell but here are a few. Only went in for a car wash 45 minutes later my car is finally finished. Second, we ordered headrests and when it came in the person at the parts desk said that we could just install it ourselves so we went home and tried to install it and there's a cord connected to the passenger side headrest (so no, we couldn't just install it ourselves). RecommendedThe service was great! But the bad news was not so great. The way the charge for labor and parts (smh) the parts and labor cost more than what the car 🚗 is worth! Omg Mary! Always get a second opinion! It will save you money 💰 thanks but no thanks will never ever buy another Nissan they don't hold their value and rates really really low in buying a car. Bye Girl!!!!!

Bought my first truck from their and always take it back to have it serviced. Took it once to new city Nissan because they are located down the street from my home but service was horrible. So I always go back for all my car needs.

I will update this review as soon as my service is completed. My husband traded in our fully loaded Pathfinder for two leafs (leaves?) a couple of weeks ago. A couple of days after having my new leaf, which I love, we realized my windshield fluid wasn't working, neither car had fluid, so we filled them ourselves, except my fluid was pouring from the bottom of my car, after a quick check my husband realized my reservoir was cracked, so we took the car to the dealership who didn't have a replacement part.
