I purchased my used Mini Cooper from King Nissan Windward in October 2018. The process was smooth, seamless, and I was so happy with their service and loved the free car washes, oil changes, and inspections that is included when you purchase a car from them. I will never buy a Nissan again. Not only did my vehicle start having problems after two years but King Nissan Windward wouldn't honor the warranty. Two years in and I've paid King Nissan Windward $1600 to fix my ABS sensor and my oil pan. I owned three Toyotas in a row and the service after the sale was great. Once you drive a Nissan off the lot they could care less about your satisfaction.

Worst customer service experience Ever! We live in Lanikai. Although I got a great offer from a Nissan dealership closer to Honolulu, I wanted to support my neighborhood and build positive, long-term relationships with my local partners. So I came in with an all cash offer, confirmed that they had ample units in stock for the model I had decided, and asked the salesperson if they could match the offer provided by Honolulu side. I have a Nissan Leaf and stopped in to charge since I live in Kapolei and need to get over the H3. I only had 14 miles on my car. They now have a lovely tag on the charger that says they only let the people use the chargers if they bought from them. NO BUENO OR ALOHA!!
