When you have someone who needs to replace a car due to accident and they want to replace their Nissan with a new Nissan maybe don’t act condescending. went into service nissan rouge they quoted me over $3000 for repairs this time. the main repair was car stalling out been that way for over 2 years. over those years have used them they quoted and changed battery, alternator, fuel pump, starter. Not to mention it was always a one to two days of them having the vehicle with little over 2k in repairs still issue would return never solved. took a look with local mechanic... in less than 1 hour solved the ongoing issue it was $40 spark plugs and cleaning that was the issue. Bought a car from them a couple months ago and it broke down within the first couple of weeks. I purchased an extended power terrain warranty with the vehicle which typically covers everything engine related, but the ecm went bad and it wasn’t covered. Ended up being a 5000 fix and they took no responsibility for selling a messed up car, and the manager never called me back after calling and leaving messages. It’s just a really shady dealership.

I went in for an oil change and tire alignment. I was told it would take 2 hours so instead of taking the shuttle I reserved home I stayed and waited. Big mistake! It took almost 5 hours. I was told the reason is that they don't have enough mechanics. If you don't have enough mechanics don't book appointments. Certainly don't be misleading as to the time needed to complete the job. ffs

Salesman gets some numbers with the manager - I didn’t even get to pick my vehicle or color. The car he was selling me wasn’t even in there lot - it was in Kailua. I wanted to lease but end up buying a car. As I was doing paperwork with the finance manager, I found out I was buying it.
