Just found out they sold me a car with napkins stuffed into the air belt (pic in comments). It was making a noise and they didn't even check it out or they would have found it. They also sold the car to me with no floor mats when they said they were included. And it took them 8 months to get my recalled driver air bag replaced. I will NOT be using them ever again.

Bought a new 07 350zhr in 07. Was good service. But... Made the MISTAKE of getting the extra clear coat spray that was offered. My 350zhr with 49k miles, now it LOOKS LIKE CRAP. It has peeled and bubbled.
Waited over 1 hour for them to bring my car from the car wash. This is the second time I’ve had issues with these guys
Overall, great service & friendly staff. My only complaint is that carwash doesn't open early on weekends. So if you have an early appt & wants the free carwash, you either wait or not get it. I live far from Kaneohe so when i make my trip there to get my free oil change, i wouldn't wanna go back another day just to get a free carwash. I think they should open early so that their early appts could take advantage of this service.
The wait was a little bit long for a safety check, oil change and car wash, but there was a lot of people waiting also. Only thing that was bad was the complimentary car wash.. I always end up with dents, scratches and a new thing, dark brown lines on my car. I won't get a car wash there again. But will continue to do my oil changes and safety checks!
My mother in law purchased a car from here about 2-3 months ago. This shady place a month after telling my mother in law she was approved and had her drive off the lot called her to finish up paperwork and provide the rest of her deposit. Once we drove across the island they changed the story and told her she was not approved and they could get her approved for this other car. My mother in law agreed to take over that car instead. If you are looking for a "for the people" dealership as this one claims to be, do NOT come to king windward nissan. We purchased a newer but used Ford Focus ST from them in November 2016. The buying process was easy enough. Since it was a used car we did purchase an extended warranty just in case. It had a valid and passed inspection on it. The safety inspection is due now in 2017 and failed. I expect normal wear and tear things, but it failed due to aftermarket exhaust not being allowed in Hawaii.
