We had booked a property viewing over the phone, however, when we had to follow up on the day of the viewing we were told that this was not feasible. Very poor service/communication to not have been informed of this. This seems to be a common theme looking at historic reviews. Also, a very weak apology to go with it.
After shopping around the local estate agents I decided to go with King Homes based on their very competitive offering and their reputation within the area, and I'm glad I did! The team there were excellent, and my house sold within the week at full asking price. Before and up to the completion day Jess was excellent in keeping me up to date with progress - a necessity for minimising stress! I highly recommend King Homes as many have done before :)
Jess helped us when we moved estate agents and she did a fantastic job. She was able to be flexible and accommodating and ultimately led to us successfully selling and keeping the momentum going through the whole process. She was the first person I went to if I had a question or needed help and she was excellent. Thank you Jess.
