After shopping around the local estate agents I decided to go with King Homes based on their very competitive offering and their reputation within the area, and I'm glad I did! The team there were excellent, and my house sold within the week at full asking price. Before and up to the completion day Jess was excellent in keeping me up to date with progress - a necessity for minimising stress! I highly recommend King Homes as many have done before :)

From first contact with Amy, through our valuation, photos and sales & purchase progression King Homes have been excellent. They manged to strike the right balance between being available for queries, and not bombarding us with updates when there was no news. It got a little tricky towards the end (as it usually does in England!) and they were there to help sort out, and we exchanged and completed smoothly in the end. Well done team.
