Jeremy was the technician who performed our annual spring checkup. He was very punctual and took his time to explain what he felt needed to be done over and above the routine checkup. He answered all of our questions and was extremely courteous.
I had been with Four Seasons for 14 years and last summer they screwed us out of 1k for work that should have only cost 300 MAX! I called King after seeing their van in the area several times. I had my a/c checked & tuned up...Nick was awesome!! He showed me everything, explained what ever I needed to know, was polite, friendly and very efficient..and always put the shoe covers on as soon as he stepped in the house from outside...could not be more pleased....I am a VERY HAPPY KING CUSTOMER!! I am on a yearly contract with King to keep my furnace and air conditioner working efficiently. I had Steve out this week to check out and start up my air conditioner. He performed the checkout in a timely manner and we found that the system was working well and providing the house with cool air. Being proactive and having this done before the really hot and humid weather hits is the way to go. Thanks, King.
