82 degrees in our house and our AC isn’t even 2 years old. Despite the numerous trips to fix this it is still not working. Plus, it’s been running nonstop 24/7. Seems like we got sold a lemon! Super happy that despite 24/7 ac running it’s hotter in the house than outside!
Being a new customer, calling around since Saturday, high demand and Coved-19, they provided great customer service and info via phone. The technician followed "safe distance" procedure, gave plenty of explanation upfront and during and was done in a timely matter. Pleasant experience and highly recommended. Happy with my COOL house and very greatful to Joe White!!!
