Called last Tuesday afternoon to set up an appointment for a estimate for a home generator, Jay said someone would call the next day, still no call. Moving on too the next company

wanted to try someone new,based on their advertisements they seemed a good choice..set up an appt for work at 8-12 noon. at 11 he called and said he was running late. we adjusted to 2pm. I was skeptical. But, seeing how involved he was in my project i can understand why he was late. Attention to detail and making sure the job was done right. maybe you could somehow let people know that when an appointment is made, due to circumstances the tech may be late. My mother in law is 90 years old. They sent a man out for just a yearly check up and he tells her she needs this and that and charged her $800!!!! Told her a green light is flashing and that her furnace was working too hard!! That green flashing light has always flashed and it’s still flashing!! Well, her not knowing or understanding anything he said, she went along with it. In the meantime I got a second opinion on what was done and was told she didn’t need what was put on her furnace!! Big big shot out to King! You guys are life savors! Tim And Jim were professional, quick and honest. Nothing beats that in my book! Came in for what we thought would be a big job and they did everything they could to save us the headache of a huge drywall job! Thanks again for everything you guys rock!

I had a service technician (Jeremy A) come to my place several times this summer. Jeremy was sensitive to my needs as a COPD client and did everything he could to keep me comfortable while my AC was being repaired. He had to work very hard in exceptional heat to fix a motor. I admire his dedication and determination and think he should be rewarded for his hard work.

My family uses King/ Artisan for both residential and commercial property. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Our needs are adequately meet (if not exceeded) with 0 problems every time. We are beyond satisfied, and will not use any other business for our heating, cooling, and plumbing services.

Have been using King Heating for years. Bought my new air conditioner and heating unit from them. They have exceptional service and their staff is fantastic. I have had Dennis (technician) out to the house many times to do my routine service for spring/fall cleaning for the units. He always does a great job. Each and every time you call there for anything, they are friendly, professional, and I trust them. I recommend them and will continue to use them.
