RecommendedNew furnace installed on 1/3/2020 Floyd Heating installed last one 23 years ago so here’s to another 20 years. Tim the installer was more than professional. New furnace humidifier and smart thermostat at a fair price. Highly recommend.
During a routine furnace cleaning appointment, Jeremy examined our furnace and determined the motor needed replacement. Lucky for us, it was under full warranty. He returned the afternoon of the very next day and replaced the motor at no cost to us. He was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. We saved big time by scheduling King Heating, Cooling, and plumbing. Highly recommended.
My water heater was leaking all over the floor. Within a few minutes, Jason Baimakovich had everything under control. The estimate given was very reasonable & the next day my water heater was installed, water soaked up, old heater removed & area was left neat & clean. Jason was very considerate & polite. I would definitely call King again for any problems. (Heat, cool or plumbing) Thanks again for the excellent service.

Our great experience started with Joe the sales rep. I feel he gave us an honest assessment of our situation and recommended equipment that best suited our needs. Fast forward Saturday. Todd and Dan showed up ready to rock. They spread a drop cloth on the path in and out to protect our carpet. They were neat and very professional. Todd explained everything step of the install. I am confident we will get great service from our new equipment. We were truly treated like a KING.
King heating and cooling is a reputable company who sends out service technicians that really KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ‼️I had a gentleman by the name of John Mirabal that was an expert in his field who showed be so much respect and gave me excellent information regarding my a/c and furnace system... The service is quick, the technicians are friendly and professional and the prices are great. They are very knowledgeable and offer solutions to the most difficult problems.
We have a yearly service contract with King Heating & Cooling to check our air conditioner and furnace prior to each season. Jeremy came out recently to check the air conditioning which was working fine. He talked to my husband about the benefits of a surge protector (in a non-pushy way) and we decided to get it at a very minimal cost.
