RecommendedI wasn't entirely sure what was wrong, I just know my furnace wasn't holding temp which was trusting on those cold days. I got an appointment right away and the tech was very informative with what he did and cleaned, and gave suggestions for keeping up with it myself. Very good service and I will continue to do future checkups with this company!

I really wish I had a great experience like most of you, I had 2 guys check out my furnace and after the 2nd guy left my furnace is still not working. At least b4 the 2nd guy came the furnace was blowing a little warm air. I called that guy to come back and he said give it an hour and it should come back on. As soon as he said that I knew he was full of It. (�) I was charged buy the first guy $380 to change a sensor that was "bad". He said that was the problem and it's fixed. So it's Thanksgiving and our 16 yr old water heater goes out. Black Friday morning Brandon came over and took a look because we have an unusual plumbing configuration. Then Ray came and tackled the whole install of a brand new water heater. Those two men were unbelievably professional and kind. So knowledgeable and within a few hours...hot water for us! So very pleased and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Had Eric taking care of the Fall furnace tune up this morning. Eric was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and made great heating and air recommendations. Furnace was in good hands today, thanks Eric!!! Always happy with the service we receive from King!!

Dale is very complete in his work and knowledgeable. Performs the expected assignments when contracting King Heating. Is very patient in explaining the functions of your equipment.
