Joke of a hospital. Please use other hospitals even if an hour away. Be ready to spend more than 12 hours in a&e for small things. No clear communication and guessing what is going to happen next at this place. heavily defunded.
Genuinely traumatised from my experience here at mental health unit. I felt like I was in hell itself. Complaints procedure is not good at all. I felt judged and misunderstood the entire time I was there. I hope I never end up needing your services again, even during a time of crisis.
Chest pain, breathless, CANNOT take deep breaths , CANNOT yawn, for DAYS have been in the hospital from 9am until 4pm AFTER A NIGHT SHIFT, had to beg for a XRAY to 2 different doctors, was told to take a paracetamol. An absolute disaster of staff. You are just a body to them. I will have to go private. Because this isn’t normal for someone who is 25 and has 0 past history of this condition. Hope you guys sleep well at night.
I am writing to formally share my experience at King’s Hospital, Romford, because no patient should be treated the way I was. I attended the treatment centre with chest pain and severe breathlessness after being advised to seek urgent care if my symptoms worsened.
