It is worth the wait, the service the Docters, Nurses and staff provide, is above and beyond, Dr Sana Sarwar, Samantha, Dr Okumo, Dr John, I am stunned and shocked how brilliant this GP practise is, You have given me real hope to strive for survival especially with my circumstances, you are great members of our Barking community, my previous GP practise neglected me for decades however I am one that never complains. I tried calling several times at 08:10am in the morning and the answering phone disconnets my calls. I am sure yhe appointment lines are meant to keep me in the queue for waiting till the operator answers!! This is poor service by GP PRACTISE.
My mother's appointment was at 10:10, I waited until 11:38, almost an hour and a half, this is not possible.
It's really difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor. We're told to call at 8am for emergency appointments but whenever I do, the automated message says the call queue is full and to call back later. Not a good system at the moment. Fed up.
Absolutely poor service appointments never on time for future preferences just wait for an appointment at Thames view medical 20 mins late and counting
