I am relocating and marking my departure due to the profound decline in the quality of care at this practice. I wish to honor the memories of Dr. Taylor, Dr. Vaughan, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Chowdry, all of whom knew me by name, respected my history, and treated me as an individual person, not a file. Sadly, that personalized approach has completely vanished. I tried to get an appointment to review my blood pressure, but unfortunately, it was impossible to do so. What a shame! It used to be a great practice when Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Taylor were working there. Very bad patient care.
Amber at reception has been extremely patient and helpful on multiple occasions when supporting my daughter — he always goes the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Dr Hankin has also been amazing, not only providing excellent care but also escalating my daughter’s case when 111 had given poor advice. I really appreciate the time and attention shown. Yes, I went to this center. The receptionist was good at booking the appointment. She also welcomed me with a smile and the appointment was booked immediately. However, the treating doctor was not good with me. I hope you take a good look at this employee. Thank you.
