Yes, I went to this center. The receptionist was good at booking the appointment. She also welcomed me with a smile and the appointment was booked immediately. However, the treating doctor was not good with me. I hope you take a good look at this employee. Thank you.
After waiting over 6 weeks for my appointment, I was booked in with Dr Hannah sharma, I attended my appointment, the dr already had an idea of why I was there. As you have to tell the receptionist, anyway I explained my problem, she asked me the same 100 questions I get asked everytime I see a health professional regarding this condition. Then started telling me she didn't know enough about my condition to be able to do anything about my problem, I did cut her off and got upset trying explain how this latest spell was effect... read more
My 3 yr old daughter was booked in for Jabs at 3:30 we were 3 mins late so they refused to see her, we asked if we could rebook slightly later for a different day, apparently the nurse leaves at 3:30......
Always been very happy with all aspects of care at this surgery.
