Saltdean’s best Estate Agents. This is my fourth time of using King & Chasemore and I wouldn’t use anybody else. The Susie and her team are the kindest, most honest and caring of Estate Agents in the area and don’t try and fluff the process with fancy gimmicks that others “offer”. Nothing is too much trouble for them when the inevitable hits the fan. When they say they’ll do something; they do it.

Avoid this agency! My letting agent unlawfully broke into my home and changed the locks without my consent, even though I was still in the middle of a fixed-term tenancy and up to date with rent, utilities, and council tax. Just imagine how “secure” your home would be if you rented through them! Journalists, please feel free to contact me—I’m more than willing to share my ordeal with King and Chasemore.
