I have recommended kinetix to friends. The Les Mills classes and the cycling classes make this gym a great place to go. Wish they would add even more classes
the Southwood facility is awesome ! Very motivating staff and the group classes have amazing instructors . Clean equipment with friendly staff to show you everything you need to know .

Friendly staff! I have been a member since January...great classes and something every day, all day is offered. The instructors are professional and make sure we all have fun while burn calories.

Kinetix is a very friendly gym. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I look forward to going to the gym since I joined in March. The overall atmosphere is great. Kinetix has some of the best personel trainers (CHRIS) is my trainer.They have the best classes especially the zumba classes and boot camp classes.Please do not get rid of the zumba classes. This is an excellent fitness center. Plenty of matrix machines, treadmills and free weights too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Group and individual training is also offered.
Great place to get big and see some babes:)
