We think it is great. We try to go every day during the week. Most of the trainers are very good and very friendly.
I love this place. So many group fitness options and my toddler loves the KIDetix room!
The facility is ok, but the company that handles their billing and contracts is horrible. My wife submitted in writing her request to cancel in January. We received a phone call in April saying that we owed for past dues. We paid those, being assured the matter was closed. Today we received yet another call stating that we were past due for April. My wife will never go back and I am contemplating canceling my membership.
I would have given more stars, but I am still waiting for the confirmation my membership was cancelled and I will be refunded for the 5 months you've charged me since I moved to Texas in December. I have called every month I get charged and emailed the management company more than 10 times between December and March. The gym is clean and equipment is good, but if you move they will fail to follow through with your cancellation and you'll be charged an extra $100+. Who knows when this will finally stop.
I joined this gym a few years ago because I wanted a gym that had both Les Mills group fitness classes & machines (for me, treadmills). Earlier this year, I also started teaching Les Mills classes here. Teaching has allowed me to get to know other members of the gym better & it's a wonderful community of people. I enjoy not only teaching classes, but taking them - lots of options & my fellow instructors are great! Loads of classes to choose from, childcare, 24/7 access, personal training, tons of machines and equipment. I'm happy and I've recommended Kinetix to many friends!
Awesome gym! They offer a wide variety of cardio classes and the staff is always pleasant!!
This is the first time that I have ever loved coming to the gym. The classes are a ton of fun and it's never TOO busy that I can't find something to do. I like my personal trainer and for the first time in 3 years I am actually losing weight.
