Definitely a life changer for me ...Location, 24/7 , child care, and of course Mgmt. and staff are Awesome !!! Good Stuff ...I lost 60 lbs . within a year and a half...220 to 160. Since then I added 10 lbs of muscle. That guy in the mirror keeps me going back.
Love the staff here....especially the trainers...great crew
