The staff is great and they have everything you need to meet all of your fitness goals.
Be warned, anybody in northeast Tallahassee, they are con artists. Do not trust them with your credit card info on personal training. I got some for my son and they tried to pull a fast one and say it was an automatically renewing gym membership even though I was a paid in full member and even though he is too young to actually be a member.
I have been consistently exercising at Kinetix for almost 6 months and am very pleased--the staff are personable, professional and helpful. They always take the time to answer questions and show me how to use equipment I am not familiar with. I have lost 15 lbs since joining and am not stopping!! I would recommend Kinetix to anyone looking for a gym to join!!
Great place! Love the group classes, especially body pump. The place is always very clean and well-maintained. The staff is always very professional and very friendly.
