Our experience with my sister being at this hospital 10 out of 10. All of the staff provide good healthcare to their patients. The nurses made my sister feel very comfortable. We were sad that she eventually had to transfer to another facility once she was more stable because the care she recieved at Kindred was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or long term care.
The staff at Kindred Spring is awesome! They took the time to talk with my mom and really cared about her well being. When my mom came to Kindred Spring, she was confused, weak and had wounds. At kindred Spring, my mom found her healing both physically and mentally. I feel like she came back to life and began to fight for her health and mind when she came to Kindred. I know my sister can be a difficult patient. The nurses at Kindred Spring went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and her needs were met. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that they demonstrated.
I was very happy with the biggest majority of the staff. If I had not got here when I did instead of where I was at before I came to this hospital, I wouldn't be here today. They first few nights that I was here, I almost felt like I had come home. I was so comfortable and relieved to be here. Big D in resperitory is great. Nurses Sean, Joann, sandy, shantell and Teresa were very sweet people and did their job so well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone.
Before coming to Kindred Spring we spent 37 days at another facility and no doctor could figure out what was wrong with my husband or how to help him get better. When he came to Kindred Spring, it was a turning point. They found a treatment that worked and I am very grateful to them for taking such excellent care of my husband. This facility has been a 10. We have been so happy with the care that my dad has received here. Since he came here my dad has done remarkable. They did such a good job with his rehab and healing his wounds that he acquired at the last facility he was at. While he was here they were able to ween him off of the trachea which he had to have for 15 weeks so that he didn't have to go to the nursing home with it. we have had an excellent experience with my mom being at this hospital. She has been here several times and every time it has been an A plus. The attention to detail has been phenomenal. They come in to check on her and turn her on the clock. They do their job very well. The staff here does things the right way. They are knowledgeable and attend to the patient in a timely manner. First of all I would like to say that the charge nurse, Marsha was a great help to us. When there was anything that we were concerned about, she took care of it immediately. The nursing care that in general we were pleased with. All of the nurses that my mother in law had while she was there were great and the staff had a good attitude. We were overall happy with the cleanliness of the facility. Her doctor, Dr. Shannon was wonderful to heal her bedsore. This was a good place for wound care.
I would like to thank all of the staff of Kindred Spring for the excellent care that they provided my husband. I would highly recommended this hospital to my friends and family because of the attention and professionalism of their staff. They were always insuring that the patients medical eds and any other needs that the patient may have were met.
