From the very first person that i encountered who was nurse Sean. The care has been excellent. Mark and Mel are another two of my favorite nurses. Everyone at Kindred Spring has just been super. I haven't had one bad nurse. They have been giving me really good care. I had been at another Kindred before this where i just did not receive the level of care that i have gotten here. All i can say is fantastic. I couldnt be in a better place. I have never been in this type of situation before but have been treated so well by all of the staff at Kindred spring. I went through a nightmare with my health and it ia only by the grace of God and these people working at this hospital that i am still here. They really care and are really concerned about my comfort. That kind of treatment encourages you to get better so that you can get well and strong enough to go home. I have been at Kindred Spring for one month and am going home today. I would like to say that the staff is nice. No one was rude and they were always helpful. I did not have a problem with the care. Overall ,y experience was positive and I would recommend this hospital.
The staff here is good. They are friendly and know how to do their job well. I like my doctor. He is to the point and explains things in a way that I can understand. They have kept my room clean and tidy. I like he therapy they have been giving me. My therapist is nice and I feel like I am making progress toward my goal of getting stronger. This is a good place to get therapy. They do a good job and provide good care.
The first night I came here I had a bit of an issue but since then, they have definately made up for it. They do an excellent job with IV insertion. You can't even feel that they are putting the IV in. I receive therapy Monday through Friday. They are patient and do not pressure you to push yourself too hard. Nurses Shushila and Kay are excellent. You don't even have to ask them for anything. They anticipate hints that I need like coffee and medication before I have to ask for them. I thank everyone at Kindred Spring. My experience here has been nice. My nurses, aids, doctors; all of them. Therapy was really good and helped me a lot. I am going to miss the staff here. They help you with anything you need. Whatever they can to make you happy, they do it. They come when you call them and are concerned about your comfort. I would very highly recommend going to this hospital.
The nurses in the day and night were all so great. They made me feel ok about leaving my husband at night. Especially night nurse Shataka, she worked with him and took the time with him to talk him down when he was confused and starting to get agitated. Nurse Lauren is an excellent nurse as well. She is a new nurse at kindred but is wonderful to work with. Nurse Maria is good as well. Allen in Physical therapy helped to get my husband back on his feet. The nursing staff at Kindred Spring was perfect. We had no problem with the nursing staff whatsoever. I am a nurse and I can say that my husband received the best care possible while he was a patient here. Everyone who took care of him was so good. I would like to commend nurses Inez, Joanna, Samuel, Christina, Shoshila, Tulsi, Kelly, Maria, Grace, Tamara, Tammy and Rhonda. These nurses are exceptional. This was the fourth place that I had been transferred to since October 20th and I was there for 1 month. My room was always kept clean and I was impressed that Luby's prepares the meals. The food is very good at this hospital. The care I received was good as well. The staff treated me well and knew how to do their job. My favorite nurse was Ally. I would recommend this hospital to family and friends.
