I have been here for four weeks and hope to be going home soon. My experience at kindred spring has been good. The nursing staff really cares and are sympathetic to what I am feeling especially nurses Lilian, Brian, Albert, and Olivia. They are so comforting and make sure that I have everything I need and come quickly when I call. The physical therapy here is excellent. I could not have made it this far without them. been here for about a month and so far i have been very impressed with with the people at this hospital. The staff really cares about their patients. I enjoy the nurses, techs, rehab staff, and even housekeeping. Everyone does their job so well. Especially CNA Lois and nurses Camille, Janet and Eva. They come to assist me in a timely fashion when it comes to changing out my IV medications or drawing blood. At first I was apprehensive about transferring to another hospital and I didn't want to leave the rehab where I was at but since I have been here, I have been very pleased. I have been receiving wound care, hbo treatments and rehab. I feel like the hbo treatments are really helping my wounds to heal. I was a little afraid to do the hbo at first but after 5 treatments, I can say that it isn't bad at all. All of the staff here have been great but ken in hbo has been especially kind. I have been pleased with everything. I have been here for a few weeks. I started off in the ICU and am now on a unit for less critical patients. When I need to be cleaned up or need something else, they come quickly and have a good attitude. The respiratory therapy team has been really great. They are gentle, kind, slow, and do things right. All the staff are nice and do a great job. You get perfectly good care here. The nurses are gentle and come to check on you often to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner.
I don't have anything bad to say about this place. The nurses and CNA's have been exceptional. They are courteous, helpful and competent. They get a 10 for putting up with me and my attitude. The dietitian and kitchen staff are very helpful. They listened to the request I made for soft food so that I would be able to chew my food without having to be on a ground diet. I would recommend this hospital to anyone recovering from surgery. I have been receiving hyperbaric chamber treatments nearly every day for the past four weeks since i have been here. The staff for the hyperbaric chamber are amazing. They are so calm, patient, understanding and not pushy, especially Marla. She is especially good with the patients.Very patient and understanding. I have been at this hospital for over a month . I've been traveling from hospital to hospital since May. I am very pleased with this hospital. The staff has been great especially rehab and the nurses. Nurses Janet And Brian have been exceptional. Also aid Colonie is wonderful. They pay close attention to me and really care. I would tell anyone if I was them I would come to this hospital. I have had a good experience.
I have been at Kindred Spring Hospital for three to four weeks and I am going home tomorrow. I have been participating in physical therapy and feel that they have prepared me well for returning home. Nurses Wendy, Alexa, Anthony, Gigi, Sandy and James in the ICU are all excellent. They were always right there when I called them and had a wonderful attitude. I have been at Kindred Spring Hospital for about three weeks now. I came because I needed intravenous antibiotics due to acute issues with my colon. I had surgery and was fitted with a colostomy bag and J tube. I was sent here for long term treatment to recover from surgery. My impression of the medical staff has been very good. They have all been cordial and thorough. I have been recieving physical and occupational therapy.
