I like the way that the staff has treated my wife since she has been a patient for the past few months. All of the nurses do a good job but there are a few that go above the rest. Nurse Cynthia M. Is wonderful. She even braids my wife’s hair and paints her nails. Also nurses Ashley and Chessity are always very attentive and kind. Case manager Carol has been very helpful to me and explains anything I don’t understand about my wife’s treatment and what everything means. I am definitely pleased with this hospital.
I was ecstatic when given the option for my son to transfer to Kindred Spring since we had such a good experience the last time he was hospitalized here. The staff that work here are all so empathetic to their patients and their families because after talking with so many of them and getting to know their stories, so many have dealt with situations that have lead them to choose a career path in the medical profession. When I came out of the ICU at a main hospital Kindred Spring was highly recommended to me and all of my doctors came here so this is the option I chose. My only complaint is that I have been here much longer than I anticipated but the care has been good. The food is wonderful. I have been very impressed with it. I have also been impressed with the aggressive treatment of my bed sores that I arrived with. They are so much better after being here for the past 10 days . Everything has been very good at Kindred Spring since I have been a patient here. The nurses do an excellent job taking care of me. I am very pleased with how attentive they are to my needs. There are a great group of people who work at this hospital. Therapy has been going really well also. They give me a good work out. I would recommend this hospital to other people in a heartbeat.
I have been a patient at Kindred spring for almost a month. I am here to receive antibiotics get wound care and receive HBO treatments. Everything has been great since I have been at Kindred spring. Wound care does a great job, the HBO treatments are helping a lot and antibiotics are doing what they need to do. I like that the nurses, doctors and other staff take the time to answer any questions I have and I never feel that they are rushed for time or dont have time for me. The food is good here as well. The staff here has been very professional, helpful and kind to me since my wife has been a patient here. All of the staff is communicative and friendly. I come to see her every day and she has communicated to me that everyone has been kind to her and working with her well. The facility is clean and my impressions have all been good from everything I have saw and everyone I have met. Inconsistent care, neglectful and unprofessional staff. Should not be mistaken for a "hospital" as it is not. More of a rest home where patients go to die whether they are at end of life or not. If not at end of life, they will become end of life due to lack of quality care. Do not take your loved one to this facility.
have been doing a real good job taking care of me at Kindred since i have been a patiet here. when i ask for something get get it real fast. the therapists are patient and kind and are helping me get stronger. nurse kanren is excellent. she comes in like every three minutes to make sure i am ok. i really appreciate all of the attention she gives to me. i would recommend this hospital to anyone needing a rehab program while still getting medical treatment. they take good care of you.
Everything has been ok since I have been here at kindred spring. the staff does a good job helping me when I need to get up or with anything else I need. I am pleased with my therapy and I feel like it is helping me get stronger and work towards my goal of returning home. I would recommend this hospital to others if they needed somewhere to go get stronger after being in one of the big hospitals.
