I have had a good experience at Kindred spring. The staff do their job and know how to take care of people. Most staff members went above and beyond when they took care of me. They looked for my needs and anticipated what needed to be done before I had to ask.They show concern for everything. Even just to come and ask if my coffee need heating up. They came to check on me often especially if they knew that I had been having a problem. Even the nutrition staff would run and get you any little thing if i asked for it. I got to... read more
The food and therapy were good at Kindred Spring. It was nice to get out of bed and do my thing. They definitely have the best food I have had in a hospital. Nurses Lisa and Linda are very nice. They were my favorite nurses while I was here. I am ready to go home but those were the best parts of being a patient at Kindred Spring.
The nurses and aids at Kindred Spring are great. I have gotten great care as a patient here. The therapy staff are hilarious. I enjoy laughing when i go down there. I am particular about my food and I can tell you that some of the food i was served was so good, it would make you snack somebody. I would recommend Kindred Spring for your treatment if yoy need to go to a facility for awhile like i had to.
When I first came here to Kindred spring I was not too sure if I made the right choice. I was in a lot of pain. But after a few days and after my pain got under control I saw how hard the nurses and doctors were working to ease my pain and how often they came by to constantly make sure I didn't need anything and make sure I was comfort able. The nurses are giving me excellent care. They are quick to respond when i need pain nedicine or anything else. My experience with the Hyperbaric treatments has been good. It seems to be good for my wound and i amntold it will heko me heal faster. The attendant in the HBO treatments , Marlo stays right with me the while time. She is excellent. Staff is very professional. They checked on my dad often, every 10 to 15 minutes and kept him dry and comfortable. Our favorite nurses and aides were Heather, Patricia, Moonie, Karen and Sherika. Dr. Chun came by every day to check up on my dad. He is very caring. Letty at the front desk is very professional. The nursing supervisors Jackie and Renee answered any questions that I had. From the first day I arrived at Kindred Spring Hospital I felt comfortable and at home! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Even though most of the patients here are unable to move around like I am the staff never made me feel less important. It takes a special kind of person to come here daily and care for many of these patients. I know from working in healthcare for the last 40 years! God and love shines through here at Kindred Spring!
