Came in after doing an internet search for a vehicle. Sat down with Paul, who showed us another vehicle that was simular, and in the same price range. After looking at the two, the vehicle that we ended up with was much nicer for only $10 more a month. Paul and Mike went to work finding one like it in the color that we wanted, and then Paul worked with Mike Johnson to get our financing exactly where we needed it to be. Kim's No Bull of Laurel, MS is by far the best dealership I have ever been happy to do business with! No matter when I am there I am treated with great hospitality, great compassion and love.

We appreciate Kim's helpful and friendly staff. Jennifer is always ready to help, explains what was done, sets new appointments and goes out of her way to make the service as smooth as can be expected. We feel Kim's is fair and honest in it's dealings and tries to make every situation a win for both parties.

Cliff called us Friday morning in response to an internet search we had done Thursday night. I told him we would stop in later that day. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Since he knew we were looking for a used truck, he had information ready about that. When we discovered we could buy a new one in the same price range, he knew about that. I stopped in last week just to look to see if anything caught my eye and I found a Charchol Grey Toyota Camry. Brad came out and asked if I needed help and would I like a test drive. I was in search of an Altima to purchase - but my sister got a Camry SE from Kim's Toyota and when I saw it - I knew that was what I wanted. I had never dealt with Kim's - but my brother-in-law assured me that I would be pleased with the dealership. I went and looked - they did not have a Camry SE that I was interested in - but Tasha was very interested in getting exactly what I wanted and found me a silver Camry SE. I have purchased several cars from Kim's Toyota. The service has always been excellent. Mr. Hobbs goes out of his way to make sure that we are totally pleased with our purchase. If not - he will try to accomodate us some way. It is a pleasure to be able to deal with very knowledgable staff and they treat you like family. They also want to work within your budget and will do so if at all possible. Thanks to a good team. Job well done.

Kim's and their staff did an outstanding job in our efforts to purchase a van. It was the first van we have purchased and we did out home work on the different models and manufactures. We shopped in the Pine Belt area and even out of State. Brian Perdue was one of the most knowledgeable saleman we have ever worked with. It was a great experience and we felt we received a fair value for our trade and the new vechile.
