Paul Sanchez was quick to return my call. He was very professional and was able to answer any question I asked. He took care of all the financial part of the transaction while I was on the phone with him. He was able to quote my figures within minutes. Great saleman!

This is my second vehicle to buy at kims Toyota. I got a great deal on both cars and my salesman Paul Sanchez is absolutely the BEST!! He worked with to get what I needed at the price that was right for me. He also walked me through every step of the financial process clearly answering any questions I had during the sale. If you go to Kims Toyota ask for Paul. I gave Kims 5's in every catagory becasue that is as high as they would let me. Very satisfied customer here.

I give Kim's 5's on everything because they made my first experience on purchasing a car a great one. Tasha Rhodes had Great customer service, product knowledge, made me feel comfortable and they DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY! Michael Fielder explained everything to me concerning my warranty and was very patient and pleasant.

This is our 5th car in a row to purchase from KIMS. They have always offered great help and great financing with our purchases. Londin was very helpful in my car search, never pressuing me in any way. I have always been very pleased with the service department for all my car needs. It's a great place to do business.

I bought a used car from Kim's. A week later it would not start.I called my salesman, Lee Wyles, and he came all the way from laurel to help me get it to the dealership. What a great salesman!I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

This is my first car. I am so happy I went to Kim's. Paul is a really good friend of my dad's. He did everything he could to get me a car that day. He gave my dad the best deal out there. The service was absolutely great. Mike made the signing process and closing the deal easy and fast. I will continue to get my future cars from Kim's with Paul Sanchez. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

They were very friendly and did everything they could to please us. They gave us a great deal and never made us feel like we were under any pressure. They even went to a dealer in a neighboring state the next day to get us the color we wanted. When we had questions, they answered them until we were satisfied.

Londin was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for then made sure he found it for us. He got us exactly the deal needed and put me in exactly the car I wanted. He didn't talk down to me (like some dealers I've dealt with). He wasn't pushy. Just friendly and helpful. Mike was great. He got the best possible rates from the bank for us and got us on our way quickly. Very pleased with our experience at Kim's. And I absolutely love my new car!

Since 2003 we have been buying cars(4 and counting)from Kim's. The customer service and friendliness of the dealership is always pleasant and laid back. The work is done to your satisfaction and questions are always answered. Cliff is the man to see for a car, truck or SUV.
