I was met by Remond,as soon as I arrived at Kims in Laurel.He was very friendly and went to work immediately to find the color and style of car that I wanted.Remond even gave me his cell # and told me to call him on his day off if I needed to.I am very pleased with the deal that he presented me with.I will be making referrals to him,all of Kims staff was very informative and nice..Thanks everyone !!

All personal could not have been nicer. The only All personal could not have been nicer. The only significant problem I had was that the right rear window will not go down. This problem was communicated to Brian Perdue and he will set up an appointment for me to get that fixed.

I was at work the morning I bought my new truck and was not able to go by the dealership. Kevin brought it to my place of employment for me to see and test drive and I loved it. I was given a great trade in price and Kevin got the price down on the new vehicle to a price that I couldn't say no to! I was pleasantly pleased with the salesman, service, and owner of Kim's Toyota! Brian was very professional, knowledgeable, and made himself available to me no matter what. I bought a 2011 RAV 4 and LOVE it! Brian found me exactly what I was looking for and at a great price and interest rate. The service at Kim's is next to none. Brian even took the time to show me how to work every feature on my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I will only buy vehicles at Kim's Toyota from now on.

I checked around for a factory part for my chrysler at 2 separate dealerhips and they could not get me the parts. I went ot Kim's Toyota/Chrysler in the first place I would have saved alotof time and money. Kiim's got me the part I needed overnite. Way to go Kim's Toyota.

WE had been looking at a Venza but I wanted to take a look at a GMC Acadia. So we had to to Laurel to see one since there is not one in Meridian. While in Laurel we decided to stop and look to see if they had a Venza like I wanted (no sunroof) but otherwise loaded. Found it...Brad was wonderful and wanted to please us. He even went back and helped us get what GMC had offered for our car. Thanks Brad...

Experience was overall more pleasant than actually expected. Kevin (sales) and Parham (credit) were very friendly and willing to work to put my wife and I in to the type of situation we desired. They accepted up front that I was there to look and possibly buy a 3rd car that was not out of need but out of want yet they took the time to work out a deal that I found acceptable. Parham Tullus is a wonderful person to deal with when buying a car, especially when it is someone's first time. He made me feel very at ease and explained things to me so I would understand exactly what I signing. I would definitely come back to Kim's simply because of how great Parham was at his job and people skills.
