I had an absolute wonderful experience. I did most of my research online so I knew what I wanted before I got there. Noone tried to talk me into something I didnt want and when I got there the car was filled up with gas and ready for me to sign papers and drive it home. My entire experience there too only an hour tops, and that was mostly because someone was in line in front of me. My first contact with Paul was on the phone and was made aware that it was his day off, but he came into the dealership to meet me. In addition I found out his wife was home very sick yet he was very thorough and accomadating. I feel like he treated me great and gave me a fair price on both my trade-in and new car.

This was my first time buying from Kim's and I would definitely do so again. The salesman, Mark was very friendly and easy to deal with. I didn't feel that I was being hassled into buying a car. He understood what kind of car and price range we were looking for, and he happily helped us. In addition, he worked with us an acceptable price. After negotiating a price, the financing part was very easy. The people at Kim's are very friendly and work to make sure you feel comfortable with what you were buying.

I love Kim's No Bull Toyota. They are always very freindly and helpful. Our sale guy Steve Lett helped us in every step of the way in the sales process. Mike Johnson also help us. We wanted a price of the value of our trade in. He got on it right away and made several pointed suggestions about how this process would take place. It had been raining most of the day so Steve backed up both cars under a roof so we could move all our belonging from our old car we traded in to the new car we just bought from Kim. Great Experience.

This is the third new automobile purched with Kims toyota Dodge in four years the first one i was disatisfied with but with the help from sales man Clifton Hughes and Ms.Kim sales staff i was able to trade for the second and then lately purchage my third and look foward to doing business in the future Sincerely' Jesse Burns

This was our third time to buy a new car from Kim's Toyota. As always, everyone was friendly and helpful. Every employee we saw was extremely nice to us. Our salesperson was great and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The sales manager worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the price of the car. Then the business manager was quick, friendly, and efficient. We would recommend Kim's Toyota to anyone who wants a wonderful car-buying experience.

Their sales approach was wonderfully satisfying; no high pressure, honest about inventory, careful listening to our needs. No complaints about keeping them late either :-) Plan to spread the word to all my friends and co-workers about the excellent and relaxful atmosphere!
