My brother has been a customer with Kim's for years. I needed to trade my car but it wasn't paid for yet. He told me it didn't matter that Kim's would make me a deal and pay off the existing car loan. I didn't believe him. I had always waited to trade when I paid off an existing loan. The one time I tried it, the dealership wanted me to come up with a huge cash payment, which I didn't have. Buying our new Camry was a great experience. We previously purchased two vehicles from the dealership though Parham, and he is a super guy. The main reason we returned to Toyotas is because Parham is back at Kim's. We know he will take care of us after the sale too. We met Cliff for the first time during the sale. He did an excellent job explaining the technical features of the car to us and even gave us his cell number in case we have questions.

This is not my first purchase with Kim's. buying a vehicle here is great with people like Brian Pardue and Mike Johnson. My only issue with Kim's is the service department after the purchase. If the service department would get onboard with the sales department in offering great service, this place would be Awesome. The service department is not up to speed and you don;t get the personal service that you do with sales. I have actually bought my last 3 vehicles from Kim's because of their great customer service, even after the sale. This purchase was by far my best experience. I told Parham and Steve from the beginning what I wanted in a car and needed in payment and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied. Which is why,I will most likely be purchasing all of my vehicles from them in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I deseperately need a vehicle that would hold seven people and would give me good gas mileage. Brad recommended the Dodge Journey and my family loves it. Mike, the finance manager, got me a really great interest rate and that made me very happy. This has been the best car buying experience ever.

We are from Petal and have been looking for a car for my son. We were in Laurel attending a swim meet. Not only were they very helpful in answering our questions and working with us on interest rates. Parham went out of his way to come to us at the swim meet to get the remaining information needed to process the sale since I had terrible cell service at the pool and was having problems communicating the information to him.
