I liked the fast quality service that they provided and I was impressed with the accelerated sales process. I am well pleased with everything.I would recommend this dealership to all that is in need of transportation. I liked that there was no pressure to buy anything they gave us all the time that we needed to decide what we wanted. we were able to test drive the car that we was interested in and that helped us decide on what we wanted.we drove off the lot well pleased. thanks to Paul Sanchez at Kim,s Toyota in Laurel Ms.

This vehicle was our second purchase from Kim's No Bull. We returned to Kim's because of the excellent way we were treated on our past purchase. We were not disappointed with this visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike some other dealerships we've visited, they act as though they actually WANT to sell a vehicle, without being pushy. We will very likely return to Kim's in the future if/when we purchase another vehicle.

Guys were friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. They were extremely patient. We drove several different suvs before picking. They got me best deal possible and worked with my previous company on extended warranty and gap refund. Will be back when ready for another vehicle.

Yes. The guys went over and beyond what we expected, to find us exactly what we were looking for and in the price range that we were willing to spend. It was a very pleasant experience and I love the size and gas mileage that I am getting. When asked how I like my smaller vehicle, I can honestly say that I am well pleased and we wanted to buy locally. Thank you,

I am giving Kim's a perfect rating because of the customer service, great price, and no time wasted. Being a buyer from out of state, Mr. Johnson, made sure that my taxes were paid in Tennessee and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a GREAT intrest rate! Thanks so much for your hard work!

In Houston, Tx when i drove a Lexus LS 400 i thought that the service department at my dealership what second to none. There is at least one that is better - Kim's. Kim's service department literally treats me (and others i believe) like royalty. I can get a good carwash just by getting my car serviced there, not to mention the friendly service. I can do most of my transction by phone and whenever i need, even get my car picked up and delivered back home. That's first class service.

Today 4-16-2011 I came into Kims and my sales associate was Londin Bridges who was very helpful. Patience and very well spoken and polite. I would recommend everyone anyone to Londin Bridges. He was very well organized in a professional manner. My overall experience today at Kims was very well pleasing.

Received a very good deal and excellent treatment at this dealer. We previously had owned a Dodge Caravan and when we decided to get a new van we elected to go back to the Dodge Caravan. The salesperson was very nice and the finance officer got us a good deal.
