I am genuinely so impressed by Kim on my first ever renting experience..... She has explained the process at every step and has always been available for any questions. She has communicated regularly so I always knew what was happening. She is very professional and I would recommend her to my friends.
I used Kimble letting through the council due to being homeless and pregnant. When we were first in contact with Kimble letting she was just confused about the whole thing bearing in mind the council had sorted all out on her end. When I first moved into the property it was a right state don’t know how anyone could let out a property in that way. My whole family had to come over and clean it.
