We bought a motorhome from Kimberley Caravans. Not sure if everything was thoroughly checked before the handover. This is the first time that we used everything in the motorhome just to find that the added Air-conditioner leaks water, the fridge does not want to work on gas and the water pipes are blocked. The motorhome had gone for repairs twice since we bought it and still so many things are wrong with it. If I could give them 0 stars then I would. all too happy to relieve you of your hard earned cash (45k) but appalling after sales service. Do yourselves a favour and think long and hard about buying anything from them.

I would like to give a massive thumbs up to the help and support we received from the staff at Kimberly Nottingham . We had a major problem and they tried there very best to help relieve it . I would like to say a massive Thankyou particularly to Claire Peffers for the help she gave us and her thoughtfulness it was truly outstanding. Buzz a technician at Kimberly was also unbelievably helpful and tried his best for over an hour on the phone to try and sort out the fault .
