I’ve always been very pleased with the customer service. Recently I had an issue with a ring and they promptly resolved it; I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Bree was a great help in making me a happy repeat customer. I will certainly be back next time I’m in town.

My husband had one on one service throughout the entire process of picking out the diamond and picking out the setting of my engagement ring. He was able to build a relationship with the Kimball's employee because he worked with the same person during the entire process. He made changes to the setting that he knew I'd prefer and he said it was so nice to discuss the changes and results with the same person each time he came in.
