My sweet husband bought me a beautiful David Yurman ring...he thought it was the one I wanted...but it wasn’t exactly THE one. We were concerned that the 30 days had passed, but they were so wonderful! They worked with me to make sure I had the ring I wanted! Beautiful store, very kind and helpful service. Would recommend everyone shop for their special jewelry at Kimballs!
Jordan at Kimball’s made an incredibly overwhelming process as easy as possible. He provided excellent guidance and was very knowledgeable. Further more he gave me weekly updates on the progress of my order and helped me find what I was looking for within my budget. No upselling or anything that could have made the process more stressful than it had to be. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for jewelry or fine timepiece purchases in the future. Highly recommend.
Danny and his staff are amazing. I don't enjoy shopping but they make it easy. And no customer request is too big or too small. I will be back (again)!
