There's is great service and they are so so so nice!!
A few years ago I went to Kimball's to upgrade my wedding ring set. The owner, Jim, happened to be the one to help me pick out just the right set. I was very pleased with his patience and kindness. Recently I had an issue that broke my heart with the engagement piece. Jim had retired and Danny Overby, his son, carried on the Kimball's tradition of patience, loyalty to customers and kindness. Danny went above and beyond to help me. I will always go to Kimball's for my jewelry pieces! Thank you again Danny!

They are welcoming, friendly, informative, professional and understanding. I choose to let them reset my diamond in a different setting which they will be working on to come up with that which will make me happy. I’m glad I went there, as I am new in town. I know they will do a fabulous job!
