My wonderful husband bought me a beautiful David Yurman necklace for Christmas it was not the right size so we had to exchange it they were very helpful and professional in doing so I would highly recommend Kimball’s to anyone Sydney was very helpful in the process

High quality jewelry and very good customer service.
Always an enjoyable experience at Kimball’s. Our Kimball’s salesman, Naquay, was a super nice guy with no pressure. Was more interested in making sure we were satisfied and getting what we wanted and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We accidentally came during the Roberto Coin trunk show and he was happy to show us the collection and tell us about the designer. Can’t beat Kimball’s for beautiful quality pieces.
