Outstanding Realtor! She listened to what we wanted and never tried to show us homes outside of our parameters. Even when we were losing heart she continued to search for what we wanted without compromise. Once she found our perfect home she was key in negotiating extra benefits and extremely helpful in walk through in finding issues that needed addressed.
Kim took us through the selling process and helped us along the way with a buyer using a VA loan. Kim was honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I purchased a home using her in 2014 and sold my home with her in 2020. She sold my home in 4 days! We plan on using Kim again when we decide to purchase our next home.

She helped us as first-time home buyers find the perfect spot for our growing family! Kim Saylor is one of the best realtors that anyone will find around this area. She will work as hard as she can in order to best serve her client. We were first time home buyers and she made sure to walk us through each step and answered every question we had. She is the best negotiator that I have ever seen, she will fight in your corner like a mother bear protecting her cubs.
