Disappointing service. Booked a taxi to hospital, but my unwell child fell asleep, so I was not waiting outside of the house. No phonecall reminder or text or doorbell. When I phoned to check where was the taxi, the operator said “the taxi was there, waited 10min, left and there’s no space for you now”. She disconnected before I had a chance to say anything. Rude.
