Thank you very much for all your hard work and support, Julie is the best sales manager, as a family she has sold us several proeprties so far, excellent value for money. Houses are lovely, parking spaces are small. Neighbours are great. Location not so much. No one said about the old hotel that's been housing undesirable people causing issues that the police can't fix.
If i could give zero or minus i would. We've had nothing but issues since we moved in 2 years ago, some of which are yet to be rectified. They damage your house and belongings whist in your home, leave your garden like a swamp, customer services dont take any notice of formal complaints and take days and sometimes over a week to respond only to ignore half the complaint and use the like it or lump it attitiude.
